Update..... Not getting worse, it's worse. Uninstalling right away. Just an update, this is becoming much worse after speaking with the team. Moving out to Cheq..At least here onwards will use something that's fruitful. Cred is in no sense rewarding anymore at least in my POV and it has joined the club of other gateway apps. Nothing special or rewarding left.

I’ve been using CRED since 2021, and it used to be a fantastic app. However, since April 2026, the services have completely gone downhill. Customer support is unresponsive, and the cashback rewards have practically vanished. Very disappointed with the sudden drop in quality.

Very disappointed with CRED Wallet. Money was automatically deducted from my wallet without my clear authorization or confirmation. This is extremely concerning when it involves our hard-earned money. I expected CRED to provide better transparency and security for wallet transactions. There should be a clear explanation and proper notification before any amount is deducted. I request CRED to investigate this issue and refund the deducted amount. Not satisfied with the service and not recommend.
