Dissatisfied with the app usage experience. Customer support is only offered via facebook messenger or form which is not working properly, not allowing upload of documents. I am not able to rate the purchased product. Honestly, a bad experience guiding you to go to the store to resolve any after sales item.

L’app funziona. Il problema grave, però, è l’assistenza: ho bisogno di supporto e ho contattato Decathlon domenica tramite WhatsApp, che è l’unico canale disponibile. Oggi è giovedì e non ho ancora ricevuto alcuna risposta. Capisco che possano esserci dei tempi di attesa, ma 4 giorni senza nemmeno una risposta su l'unico canale indicato come assistenza sono francamente troppi. Meno notifiche di pubblicità, più attenzione al cliente sarebbe apprezzabile.

l'intégration health ne marche pas. vous n'utilisez pas la bonne méthode, il ne faut pas passer par une webview, on est pas censé se connecter mais choisir son compte.. là en se connectant ça bloque l'App decathlon dans health!

The connection between Strava and this app stopped updating my activity points 4 months ago. Since then I've been trying to get a resolution from their support, but they couldn't be less interested or effective, just suggesting the same 'turn it off & on' suggestions. Promises of responses within 24-48 hours are a fantasy; absolutely no one has got back to me, ever. No way of calling them, it's just messages & emails from a far-flung third party 'support' facility with copy & paste responses.

I cannot understand how in 2026 neither the app nor the website give points automatically to customers with a loyalty card whenever they make a purchase either on the website or the app, particularly when there is no physical card to scan. That, and the quality of the items are discouraging for me, gladly I don't shop at Decathlon so often.

Veoma loše iskustvo sa Decathlon online kupovinom. Porudžbina od oko 20.000 RSD je prihvaćena, a novac skinut sa računa, ne samo rezervisan. Nakon 10 dana čekanja Decathlon je otkazao celu porudžbinu. Za to vreme sam računao da će proizvodi stići, umesto da ih kupim na drugom mestu. Sada sam dobio potvrdu da na povraćaj novca mogu da čekam još do 14 dana. Dakle, bez proizvoda i potencijalno do 24 dana bez svog novca.

Decathlon,mint bolt 5+csillag. Viszont az app gyalázat. DECA appban DECA cuccokat akarok latni.Baromi idegesítő,hogy máshonnan is vannak termékek.Nem akarok szűrni rá! (Már ha lehet..) Eléggé kusza a keresés,sokszor pontatlan.A szűrés sehol nem ismeri a sorrendiséget:pl egy cipő méretnél nincs sorrendben a méret,hanem mint egy ökörhúgyozás,össze-vissza.(de ez mindenre igaz az appban) Újabban a képeket sem lehet megnyitni normálisan,nem lehet görgetni. Ami jó:elérhető készlet mutatása boltonkét.
