Utterly useless. it offers only two more options instead of the full range I'd expect (e.g. I cannot select the paper source to use or manual two sided printing)

Between brother and Microsoft You might as well consider them a lost cause. I've only been in the high-te ch computer industry since 1963 so I'm the most idiotic there is when it comes to idiots. I can always change my review. But not at this moment. they never call you back they never send an email back

Printing from mobile is frustrating. Half the time it never prints, just did there in progress and when I look at the printer it shows nothing.

The first day I installed it on my phone, it worked flawlessly. The next day the app updated and its never worked since!, Nothing I select does anything, I've reinstalled multiple times, Its Useless.

2026 UPDATE: Came back to LOWER my review but it was already one-star! Doesn't work correctly. Throws on constant error notifications. It fights with default printer driver and samsung printer driver -- if it cant play nice at least update the plugin to incorporate print to file or to pdf so we can turn the other drivers off. Disgusting Brothers only response is cut & paste link their product catalog. Brother hardware is better than HP but software and support are a big EFF-U to customers.
