Description

LGTCP integrates budgeting and creative decision-making on the same platform. After capturing an idea, write down observable validation tasks, record actual expenses, and set limits on dwell time, investment amount, and focus minutes. The backlog chart uses horizontal axis to represent dwell time and vertical axis to represent validation completion rate, with the size of the rings corresponding to the amount spent, helping you find those ideas that haven't yielded results yet. Opening a file allows you to modify data, select tasks, manage expenses, start or stop timers, and add reference images from your album or camera. After actively running the review process, all completed ideas enter the validated state; ideas that are not yet completed and have reached any limit are eliminated, while the rest continue to incubate. The report retains the date and reason for each decision and separately calculates total expenditure, investment, and cost.
