Wedding Seating Chart: Compare turns your guest list and table setup into a clear, versioned reception plan. Build the first arrangement, duplicate it when RSVPs or family plans change, and see exactly who moved between versions.

PLAN THE TABLES

Add round, rectangular or head tables, set capacity, and arrange them to match the reception. Assign guests by tap or drag, keep unseated names visible, and find any guest in seconds.

CHECK THE DETAILS

Record parties, RSVP status, meals, accessibility notes, together rules and apart rules. This app flags capacity and guest-rule conflicts using only the information you enter. It never makes etiquette, accessibility or venue-compliance decisions for you.

COMPARE REVISIONS

Duplicate a sent baseline before making changes. Compare two named versions to see moved, added and removed guests, changed tables, new findings and resolved findings. Last-minute edits stay explainable instead of disappearing into a spreadsheet.

HAND OFF A CLEAR PACKET

Export a table diagram, per-table lists, an alphabetical guest lookup, meal and accessibility notes, findings, a version-change page and printable place cards. Everything is designed for a practical handoff to a planner, venue or caterer.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT

No account is required. Guest and event data stay in local app storage unless you choose to export or share a file. There are no ads, invitations, public RSVP pages or remote AI.

Free includes one event, 40 guests, five tables, two seating versions and a packet with a small footer. Pro unlocks unlimited events, guests, tables and versions, clean vendor packets, CSV exports, templates and advanced revision output. Some features require an in-app purchase. There is no free trial.
