Description

Steward turns the paperwork about the things you own into something you can actually use.

Import the inspection report, the service invoice, the spreadsheet you keep meaning to tidy. Steward reads them, proposes what it found — a furnace serviced in April, a defect flagged on page 7 — and waits for you to agree. Nothing enters your history until you accept it.

Everything is evidence-backed. Every proposed event shows the document's own words beside it, and every answer names the page it came from. If a claim isn't supported by a passage you can read, you'll see that before you accept it.

No scanner needed. Point the camera at a paper invoice and Steward straightens the page, reads the text, and files it with the thing it belongs to. Photos and files import the same way.

Maintenance that arrives on time. Set a service interval and Steward tracks what's due, reminds you the morning it is, and records the work when you mark it done from the notification. See it as a list or as a month at a glance, and put anything off for a week without pretending it was done.

Warranties, before they lapse. Give a component its expiry date and Steward warns you a month ahead — while there is still time to book a repair somebody else pays for.

Ask about your own documents. "When was the roof replaced?" "What did the inspector say about the chimney?" Answers come with the passages behind them.

Private by default. Your documents stay on your devices and sync through your own iCloud account. There is no Steward server and no account to create. Answers are written on-device where your hardware supports it; sending a question to Claude instead is opt-in, uses your own API key, and is never switched on for you.

Everything is kept in step through iCloud.
