FSP Hero prepares international doctors for the Fachsprachprüfung — the medical language exam required for Approbation in Germany.

Free, no purchase required: 40 full case simulations, all 559 Fachbegriffe, the Satzbausteine trainer, mistake tracking with spaced repetition, and your statistics.

Requires the paid FSP Hero Pro subscription: the AI voice patient — the spoken Anamnese where you talk and the patient answers back — plus the graded Arztbrief and the Arzt-Arzt-Gespräch that follow it. Every account gets one free AI patient call first, so you can try it before deciding.

FSP Hero Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, sold as Monthly (8 simulation runs per month) or 6 Months (50 simulation runs for the period). The price is shown in the app before you confirm and is charged to your Apple ID. It renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel it any time in your Apple ID account settings.

• Anamnese — the patient tells you nothing until you ask correctly. Choose your question from three options each turn and work through the full patient interview, exactly as in the exam.
• Arztbrief — write the doctor's report and get scored element by element against a model answer.
• Arzt-Arzt-Gespräch — present your case to an examiner and answer follow-up questions.
• Fachbegriffe — 559 medical terms and abbreviations with plain-German and English explanations.
• Satzbausteine — sentence gap-fill for the phrases you need under pressure.
