This does what the metal wheel in your flight bag does, without the wheel — free and offline.

A KEYPAD BUILT FOR A COCKPIT
Most aviation calculators hand you the system keyboard: small keys, half the form covered, a minus sign that fights you. This one has its own — big keys you can hit in turbulence, and it never rearranges what you already typed.

YOUR UNITS, EVERYWHERE
Altimeter setting in hPa or inHg. Speed in kt, km/h or mph. Distance in nm, km or sm. Temperature in °C or °F. Fuel in litres, US or imperial gallons. Set them once: every screen, widget and saved calculation follows, input fields included. Outside the US the app starts in hPa and litres. A converter screen adds fuel volume to weight for avgas, Jet A and mogas.

FLIGHT
• True airspeed: IAS to CAS to TAS and Mach, using real compressible-flow relations
• Pressure altitude, density altitude and temperature-corrected true altitude
• Wind triangle: true heading, wind correction angle, ground speed
• Crosswind and headwind for a runway, with gusts and your demonstrated limit
• Time, speed and distance — fill in any two, get the third
• Fuel: burn rate, endurance, required, reserve, point of no return, equal time point
• Climb and descent: rate, gradient, angle, top of descent, obstacle clearance
• Turn: rate, radius, bank for standard rate, load factor, stall speed in the turn
• Cloud base, freezing level and glide range
• Great circle distance and initial course, true to magnetic to compass
• Holding entry: direct, parallel or teardrop, and the heading to fly

WEIGHT AND BALANCE
Build a profile from your own aircraft's weighing report — empty weight, arms, station limits, CG envelope. Load it, and see the point plotted inside the envelope, not just a number. Tanks are loaded in gallons or litres and weighed by fuel type. No aircraft library is bundled, because two airframes off the same line do not weigh the same.

CLOCKS, TIMERS AND THE SUN
Zulu, local and departure-field time side by side. Flight timer that runs on the Lock Screen. Countdown with holding-leg presets. Sunrise, sunset and civil twilight for any coordinate — and the three different moments night, position lights and night currency begin.

ON EVERY DEVICE YOU FLY WITH
iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac. The Watch app calculates on its own — crosswind and density altitude on your wrist. Saved calculations sync over iCloud.

WIDGETS
Crosswind on your home runway, a Zulu clock, and density altitude at your field, on the Home Screen and the Lock Screen.

FOR STUDENT PILOTS
The calculations the written test expects, with the inputs and the workings on the same screen so you can see where a number came from. Exam mode hides saved history and anything that reaches the network with one switch, and leaves every calculation in place.

METAR AND TAF, DECODED
Paste a raw observation or forecast and read it in plain language: wind, visibility, ceiling and the flight category. The same report then feeds the calculations — its altimeter and temperature give density altitude at your field, its wind gives the crosswind on your runway. Offline, no account.

CHECKED, NOT ASSUMED
Every formula is verified against published references — the ICAO standard atmosphere, the FAA density altitude chart, the AIM holding sectors — and re-checked automatically on every change.
