Aperio is a code reader for iPhone and iPad. Not an editor — a reader. It is built for the times you want to actually read source code on your phone: reviewing a pull request on the train, checking how a library works, or reading a file someone just sent you.

Built to be read
Syntax highlighting for more than 40 languages, with themes designed for long reading sessions. Adjust the font size by pinching, turn line numbers and word wrap on or off, and pick a theme that suits the light you are in.

Understand the structure, not just the text
Aperio parses your code with tree-sitter, the same engine used by modern editors, so it understands the shape of a file:
• Sticky scope headers pin the enclosing type and function to the top of the screen, so you always know where you are
• A symbol outline lists every class, struct, function, and property — tap one to jump straight to it
• Bookmarks save the lines you want to come back to
• Search jumps between matches with a running count

Yours, and private
Aperio has no accounts, no analytics, and no tracking. Files you open stay on your device. The app talks to the network only when you ask it to open a URL, and then only to the address you gave it.
