Description

Thikrayat takes the data archive you export yourself and turns it back into
ordinary photos and videos on your phone — each one carrying the date it was
taken and, where it was recorded, the place.

It works with your Snapchat data export. You request that archive from
Snapchat, Thikrayat reads it on your device, fetches each memory straight from
the links inside it, and saves the results where you choose.

Private by design
There is no account and no Thikrayat server. Your archive is read on your
phone, your memories travel from the download links to the destination you
pick, and nothing passes through us. We never ask for your password — Thikrayat
only works with the official data export you request yourself.

Dates and places, kept
Thikrayat writes the original capture date and location into each photo, so
your library sorts them by when they happened, not when you downloaded them.

Stop and resume anytime
Thousands of memories, on cellular, with the app in your pocket — Thikrayat
remembers what it already saved and picks up where it left off.

Honest about the edges
Snapchat's download links expire about a week after you request the archive;
if yours have lapsed, Thikrayat tells you and points you to a fresh export.
Captions and stickers are merged into photos. For videos, Thikrayat saves the
video and its overlay separately — merging them reliably on a phone isn't
something we can do well yet, and we would rather say so than hand you a
corrupted file.
