This app is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Screen My Bones is a patient companion app that helps you access and understand bone-health scans performed by your clinician at a participating Screen My Bones partner clinic. All clinical interpretation comes from a qualified healthcare professional — the app simply puts your results, your clinician's notes, and supporting educational resources in one place on your phone.

View the bone-density and bone-strength reports generated from your in-clinic Echolight scan. See your T-score, Z-score, and Fragility or Bone Strength scores for the regions your clinician scanned (spine, hip, distal radius), with clear visual context to help you understand where you sit.

Every report includes a personal note from Dr Anna explaining your results in plain English. No medical jargon, no guessing — just a clear walk-through of what your numbers mean for you.

— Understand your report
Step-by-step walkthrough covering each tab — Intro, My Report, T-Score, Z-Score, and Fragility or Bone Strength — so you can revisit the explanation any time, not just the day you got your scan.

— The Six Pillars of bone health
Clinician-reviewed content on the six lifestyle pillars that influence bone health — nutrition, exercise, sleep, sunlight, stress, and supplementation. Practical, evidence-based, written for patients.

— Educational video library
Short videos from our clinical team covering what a fragility score means, how T-scores and Z-scores differ, and what to expect from a follow-up scan.

— Resources from your clinic
If your clinic has uploaded organisation-specific resources (consent forms, aftercare leaflets, pricing), they appear in a dedicated section here.

— Your data, your control
Built around GDPR from day one. You can:
• Export every piece of personal data we hold for you, as a single download.
• Request rectification with structured correction fields (which field, old value, new value).
• Pause or object to specific data processing.
• Permanently delete your account and all associated data.
All requests are tracked end-to-end inside the app.

— Secure by default
Token-based authentication, secure local storage via the iOS Keychain, and HTTPS-only network policy. Your access token never touches plain UserDefaults.

— Sign in your way
Email + password, or email OTP if you prefer not to type passwords on mobile. Forgot-password and email-change flows are fully in-app.

WHO THIS APP IS FOR

Screen My Bones is for patients of clinics and practitioners who use the Screen My Bones platform. You'll need a patient account, which is created either by you (if you've registered with a participating clinic) or by your clinician at the time of your scan.

The app is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you have regarding a medical condition.

PRIVACY

We treat health information with the seriousness it deserves. The app collects only what's needed to deliver the service — identity, contact details, and the scan reports linked to your patient record.
