Kounts counts the days to whatever you're waiting for: a trip, a birthday, a game release, Christmas.

Add the date, pick how it looks, and the count sits where you'll see it: your Home Screen, your Lock Screen, your Apple Watch, and the Dynamic Island on the day itself.

YOUR PHOTOS, WITH DEPTH
Put your own photo behind any countdown. When it shows people or pets, the count can sit behind them, like the clock on the Lock Screen. On iOS 27 with Apple Intelligence, a photo of a poster or an invitation becomes a countdown: Kounts reads the name, the place and the date for you.

BIRTHDAYS FROM YOUR CONTACTS
Add the birthdays already saved in your contacts in one go, each with the person's photo and age. They stay up to date when a contact changes.

READY-MADE COUNTDOWNS
Follow a pack in Discover and its dates arrive as countdowns that stay right on their own: Video Games and Movies (release day), TV Shows (the next episode), Moon & Sky (moon phases, eclipses, meteor showers), Public Holidays (22 countries) and Faith & Traditions (Ramadan, Passover, Diwali and more). Games, shows and films open on the ten titles most people are waiting for. Browsing is free, each pack is a one-off purchase, and Premium includes them all.

A full picture with a progress ring, a tear-off calendar page, a ticket stub, one giant number, your photo inside a ring, and five more. Pick from ten gradients, five fonts, accent colors and sixteen app icons.

LOOK BACK, TOO
Add photos to any event and they stay with it. On This Day brings back countdowns from earlier years, and in December your year turns into a recap.

SIRI AND SPOTLIGHT
Ask Siri "when is Mum's birthday" or find an event in Spotlight. On iPhones with Apple Intelligence, describe an event in plain language and Kounts fills in the details.

NO ACCOUNT NEEDED
Your events live on your iPhone and in your own iCloud. There is nothing to sign up for, and Premium syncs them across your devices.
