TaxiBilbao is the official taxi application of the Bilbao City Council, designed to facilitate the management of taxi journeys for users. By registering their email address, users can easily and reliably order taxis, thus accessing a hassle-free service that ensures an optimal and safe travel experience. TaxiBilbao taxis are designed to be accessible to people with reduced mobility, ensuring inclusivity and comfort for all citizens.
Users can visualise in real time the location of the taxi driver as he/she approaches, receiving notifications when the taxi arrives at the pick-up point to prepare efficiently. Furthermore, they have the option of indicating the destination of the service to obtain an estimate of the route, waiting time and journey time.
TaxiBilbao lets you identify the assigned taxi and contact it directly by call if necessary, thus establishing direct communication to coordinate details or request assistance before the journey. It also allows you to save favourite destinations in order to speed up future bookings and save time on each request.
Users can contribute to improving the service by rating their experience, which is key to identifying areas for improvement and ensuring an exceptional experience. Finally, they can easily consult their past travel history to keep an organised record of their journeys.
