FOUR-QUADRANT MATRIX
Sort every task by urgency and importance: Do First, Schedule, Delegate, Don't Do. Keep no more than eight per sheet so you stay focused — with room for unlimited tasks and notes when you need them.

Pick one important task, start a clean timer (30 minutes, or whatever suits you), and stay with it until it's done.
