When you join Yogis Anonymous, you are not just accessing over 1500 amazing yoga and meditation classes for all levels (with new classes added every week), you’re inviting many of Los Angeles’ most beloved teachers right into your living room and you’re joining a community of enthusiastic yogis all over the globe! We have it all, whether you’re brand new to yoga or you’ve been practicing for years. Maybe you want to start with the Beginners Series, or maybe you’re ready for an arm balance course! If you’re looking to decrease your anxiety and increase your flexibility, we have you covered. If you want to develop a meditation practice, learn breathing techniques to soothe your nervous system or release more energy, if you want to improve your focus or sleep soundly at night, if you want to press to handstand in the middle of the room…we have teachers and classes for you! We also offer YogaSculpt, Yoga HIIT and YogaBarre if you’re looking for some extra burn. Yogis Anonymous is a resource for healing on every level. There are courses such as: From Pain to Peace with owner Ally Hamilton where we incorporate the physical practice with themes and concepts that promote deep release and growth. There’s our Moving Through Grief course, and The Yoga of Food. We want you to feel fully supported and we will be with you every step of the way!

Our apps are set up so it’s easy to find exactly what you want, quickly! You can search by length (and we have tons of shorter classes if you’re on the go), or focus. You can search by teacher, or by mood! If you’re feeling anxious, we have classes for you. If you want to energize, we’re ready! You can schedule your classes for the week in our trusty calendar and always switch it up on the day if you’re feeling like something different. You can favorite classes when you find the ones that always leave you smiling, open, strengthened and at ease.

When you join, you also gain access to our entire library of over 8,000 classes on the YogisAnonymous.com site, along with our blog where you can dive into yogic philosophy for practical living. If you choose to join the Yogis Anonymous Practice Page on Facebook, you can meet us live to talk and meditate together in real time once a week, or join our regular challenges. You’ll also find Mindful Eating Guidelines and recipes there. We will keep you motivated and growing, whatever your level!
