L’application Snazzy, c’est quoi ? C’est avant tout un outil pour faciliter la vie de nos clients, n’importe quel jour à n’importe quelle heure.
Grâce à cette application, en tant que client vous pourrez :
- Demander l’exécution d’une tâche dès que vous en avez besoin
- Centraliser toutes vos demandes
- Voir qui s’occupe de vous
- Suivre l’exécution de vos demandes en temps et en heure
- Signaler un problème s’il y en a un
- Avoir une trace de toutes vos demandes
Comment ça marche :
- Vous téléchargez l’application
- L’agence Snazzy vous crée vos identifiants
- Vous vous connectez à l’application grâce à ces identifiant
- Vous pouvez ensuite accéder à toutes les tâches en cours ou terminées s’il y en a, ou déclarer une nouvelle tâche pour l’agence.
- Dès que votre demande est prise en compte, vous pouvez voir qui la prend en charge et en combien de temps elle sera résolue.
- Vous pouvez aussi chatter avec votre chargé de compte, si vous avez la moindre question !
