The belief in the the awaited Mahdi is an Islamic belief firmly validated by consecutive & verifiable resources. But most of its related notions need further examination. including Imam Mahdi's age, his lengthy occultation, the reason behind his occultation, the blessings brought about by the awaited Mahdi when he is still in occultation, the responsibilities of the Muslim community at the time of his absence, the signs of his reappearance, his global revolution, how he shall combat and conquer, the weapons of Mahdi’s troops, and tens of other concepts. Due to the multiple criticisms that are issued by the opponents of this belief, and since their ideas are especially appealing to the young and educated generation, a dire need of providing contradicting arguments was felt. Despite the many books that have been authored on the awaited Mahdi, unfortunately, many authors did not take into account these opposing remarks and did nothing to challenge them. The late Ayatollah Amini was aware of this need for years and that is why he ventured to author a book that would deliver validated information on the awaited Mahdi to the reader hoping it would answer their questions in this regard. Thankfully, he was able to publish this book in 1967 in order to be presented to reading enthusiasts.

This book has now become available as an ebook & audiobook and offered in different languages, for smartphone and tablet users. Hopefully it will benefit them all.

بنام خدا

عقیده به وجود مهدی موعود و امام زنده‌ی غایب، یک عقیده‌ی اسلامی است. عقیده‌ای است قطعی که به وسیله اخبار متواتر به اثبات رسیده. لیکن بسیاری از مسائل مربوط به آن، نیاز به تحقیق و بررسی دارد. از قبیل: طول عمر امام، غیبت طولانی، علت غیبت، فواید امام زمان در زمان غیبت، وظیفه‌ی مسلمین در زمان غیبت، علائم ظهور، انقلاب جهانی مهدی، و چگونگی پیروزی آن جناب، سلاح سپاهیان مهدی، و ده‌ها مسأله‌ی دیگر. دراین‌باره اشکالات زیادی از جانب مخالفین، در بین قشر جوان و تحصیل کرده القا می‌شد، که نیاز به پاسخگویی داشت. با اینکه درباره امام زمان کتاب‌های فراوانی تألیف شده، لیکن متأسفانه اکثر نویسندگان، توجهی به این اشکالات نداشته و درصدد پاسخگویی نبوده‌اند. مرحوم آيت الله امينى از سال‌های قبل به این نیاز توجه داشت و لذا درصدد تألیف کتابی برآمد که مطالب صحیح مربوط به امام زمان را به خوانندگان عرضه دارد و پاسخگوی مشکلاتشان باشد. بحمدالله ايشان توفیق یافت چنین کتابی را در سال ۱۳۴۶ هجری شمسی چاپ و در اختیار علاقه‌مندان قرار دهد.

اكنون اين اثر به صورت نسخه الكترونيكى (ebook) و به زبانهاى مختلف، در اختيار كاربران گوشيهاى هوشمند و تبلتها قرار مى گيرد، ان شاء الله كه مفيد واقع بشود.

وعدہ شدہ حضرت مہدی اورغیرحاضرامام کے وجود پر یقین رکھنا ایک اسلامی عقیدہ ہے۔ یہ ایسا قطعی اور مستحکم عقیدہ ہے جو مسلسل روایات اس کے گواہ ہیں اور اس میں ذرہ برابر شک نہیں ہے۔ مگر اس کے متعلق کچھ مسائل ہیں جن کے بارے میں تحقیق کرنا چاہیئے۔ مثال کے طور پر اسی قسم کے مسائل: حضرت مہدی کی عمر کی طویل ہونا، غائب یا غیر حاضر ہونے کی وجہ، غیبت کے دوران امام زمانہ کے فوائد، غیبت کے دوران مسلمانوں کی ذرمہ داریاں، ظہور کی علامات اور حضرت مہدی کے جیتنے کا طور طریقہ، امام کے سپاہیوں کے ہتھیار اور اسی قسم سے بیسویں مسائل کے بارے میں تحقیق کرنا ہے۔ ان مسائلوں کے بارے میں بہت ساری دقتیں اور الجھنیں مخالفین کی طرف سے تحریری اور زبانی طور پر، پڑھے لکھوں اور جوانوں کے درمیاں پھیلی جاتی تھیں اور ان دقتوں اور مشکلات کی جوابدہی بھی کرنی چاہیئے تھی۔ حضرت مہدی کے سلسلے میں بہت ساری کتابیں لکھی جا چکی تھیں مگر افسوس کے ساتھ اکثر مصنفوں نے مشکلات، مسائل اور الجھنوں کی طرف دھیاں نہیں دیا تھا اور ان مصنفوں کے ہاں بھی ان مسائل کے لئے کوئی جواب ہی نہیں تھا۔ آیت اللہ امینی مرحوم نے پچھلے سالوں سے ان مسائل کی طرف توجہ کرتے ہوئے ایک کتاب، حضرت مہدی کے بارے میں صحیح اور مستحکم ماخذوں سے لکھنے کی کوشش کی تاکہ اس کے ذریعے سے ان مسائل اور مشکلات کے لئے جواب دیں۔ خدا کے کرم سے وہ اس میدان میں کامیاب ہوگئے اور 1967 عیسوی میں انہوں نے کتاب شائع کروائی اوریہ کتاب شائقیں کے لئےبھی دستیاب ہوگئی۔

یہ کتاب اب، ای بک (ebook) کی شکل میں اور مختلف خصوصیات اور مختلف زبانوں میں، ٹیبلٹ اور اسمارٹ فونز صارفین کے لیے دستیاب ہے۔ امید ہے ان شاء اللہ یہ کام مفید ثابت ہوگا۔
