SOS Rescue is the personal-safety app for anyone who hikes, runs alone, walks home late or travels somewhere unfamiliar.

Hold the red button: a countdown starts, and you can cancel it at any moment. If you don't, the app prepares an emergency message with your GPS position and your essential health details, ready to send to your trusted contacts.

AUTOMATIC DETECTION
• Falls — the accelerometer and barometer recognise a hard fall and start the emergency on their own
• Crashes — high-energy vehicle impacts
• Danger sounds — audio recognition entirely on device, nothing is ever recorded

BEING FOUND
• Rescue beacon: pulsed sound and high-intensity SOS flash
• Morse strobe: SOS using only the LED and the screen, barely touching the battery
• Augmented-reality search to guide you toward the meeting point
• Mesh radar: finds the other phones in your group over the local network, even with no signal

WHEN YOU CAN'T ASK FOR HELP
• Duress PIN: a second PIN shows an innocuous screen while quietly preparing a silent SOS in the background
• Hostage mode
• High-intensity anti-assault siren
• Dead Man's Switch: if you don't confirm you're safe, the countdown starts by itself

PRIVACY
No account, no sign-up, no server of ours. Your position, your contacts and your health details stay on your iPhone. iOS never lets an app send messages on your behalf: SOS Rescue prepares the message and you confirm the send.

The app is free and contains advertising, with a consent prompt and the option to remove ads temporarily. Ads never appear during an active emergency.
