Description
Commit2 is a unique social networking app for football players and coaches. High school players can create a profile to promote their academic and sports performance, in order to gain exposure during the college recruiting process. High school and college coaches can create a profile to promote their sports program and coaching achievements to motivate football players to attend their high school or university. Fans can create a profile to support and follow their favorite players and coaches. Commit2 members can post videos, images, and comments. Members can also send and receive direct messages and notifications from other members. In addition, members can search for other members by performing a custom search using critical information such as player’s position, height, weight, test scores, combine scores, just to name a few categories. For example, a college coach can perform a custom search to locate players who fit their specific team needs. By sharing their accomplishments, the app functions as a portfolio to increase players and coaches’ exposure during the recruiting process. Our goal is to help high school football players become the next big sports star and commit to their dream university.
