Description
Nebraska Cattlemen’s Market Reporting Service is an opt-in market information service available exclusively to cattle producers who are members of the Nebraska Cattlemen association or cooperating associations in the U.S. Midwest and Central and Northern Plains. The Market Reporting Service provides subscribers with timely and accurate fed cattle market information and analysis via telephone, SMS text messaging, and email along with a password-protected website and an iOS smartphone application. Pioneered by a group of Nebraska cattle feeders in the early late 1980’s as a program of the Nebraska Cattlemen association, the Market Reporting Service has grown through the last three decades to service a subscriber base of over 250 cattle feeding operations throughout six Midwestern states, and Market Reporting Service analysts maintain a nationwide contact base encompassing all segments of the beef cattle production chain.
