o See which loan programs work best for you and get estimates that work with your budget.
o Run scenarios with different down payments and programs to see which loans best fit your needs.
o Verify with your sales agent amounts for escrows such as taxes and insurance for the best estimates.
- After you find the home of your dreams you can make a formal application
o Stay organized and submit all of your requested information from your phone.
o Get updates on any missing information that may have slipped through the cracks.
o Get updates on approvals from underwriters.
o Once approved, fulfill any outstanding conditions from your phone.
o Achieve the holy grail of borrowing: Get your Clear To Close (CTC).
