河南省笑笑美术培训中心于2003年创办，有15年办学历史，是工商局正规注册的集美术高考专业、文化课为一体的封闭式培训学校。坚守良心教学、打造精英教育、提倡小班教学，以中央美术学院教学模式为主导，依照国内外美术教学趋势，形成正统的“学院派”美术教学体系，使更多的学生得到更好的艺术教育是我们的使命。现有专业教师团队120余人，核心师资均毕业于中央美术学院、清华大学美术学院、中国美术学院等中国九大美术学院，专业能力强、教学经验丰富。目前在河南已拥有4家分校区。学校教学楼面积达16000余平方米，餐厅1000余平方米，宿舍楼8000余平方米，设有专业教学楼、文化课教室、独立宿舍楼、艺术餐厅、平价超市等硬件设施设备齐全。出版近20余本专业美术高考教材。
笑笑美术兵团APP，旨在增强学员与老师和家长之间的交流学习，以及为师生搭建网上互动桥梁。APP增加了学习圈、在线课程、提供线上教学以及离线教学模式，并提供多种班级选择。APP中拥有庞大的教学资源，类如课件、视频、电子书等教学资料，教师可以在线制作课件，录入音屏等操作，使教学更加方便。笑笑美术兵团APP为家长提供了解我校的先进教学理念以及强大的师资力量的功能，以及为家长和学生提供在线咨询等功能，还可以通过APP能及时了解最新的报考信息，为学生解决升学问题。
