Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned meditator, this tool will guide you through over 30 hours of meditation, helping you to live with mindfulness, serenity and calm. The first five meditations from the “Foundations” section will remain free forever, regardless of how long you choose to subscribe. To access all of our meditations, you can subscribe for the cost of $3.99 per year (12 months). Unless otherwise specified, membership will automatically renew 24 hours before its expiration.

• Begin: The Foundations section goes back to the basics, with emphasis on breathing, sounds, sensations and emotions.

• Duration: Choose your meditation based on how much time you have (10-30 minutes).

• Tibetan Bowl: Learn to meditate independently by following the sound of the Tibetan bowl.
