Allows actions on tasks like status changes, collecting ePODs.

Location is collected for a logged in user when the app is in background. This is used to-
1. Track the route taken by the app user. Users carry assets belonging to our clients or high value items being delivered to end customers.
2. We calculate the distance covered by users which can be used to calculate their salary.
3. To know where the app user is during their working hours. We need to know their location so that we can plan their tasks.
