在线咨询：用户可通过平台与专家名医建立一对一紧密关系，获得医师的长期照顾，逐渐熟悉，互相信任。相关日常问题，可以随时通过图文、语音等方式进行线上交流，遇上复杂一些的病情或者紧急时，可以直接拨打医师电话，医师如果没在线，可以请医师回波您电话。
在线复诊：足不出户，即可完成与省级、京沪三甲名医预约，通过图文、电话、视频等形式完成在线复诊，获得优质医疗技术服务的同时，提高看病效率、降低了看病费用、缩短看病时间。
专家会诊：扁鹊门联合北京医师协会专家会诊中心，为用户提供最顶级的优质医疗资源，让用户享受名医名家的会诊服务，若经过会诊需要转诊时，用户拥有优先的转诊权利。扁鹊门会全程跟踪会诊过程并提供必要协助。
用药咨询：扁鹊门联合一心堂、妙手商城众多连锁药店，为用户提供用药咨询服务。
扁鹊门还为会员提供一站式的医疗服务。包括按疗效付费的个性化、精准化的专属健康管理和治疗；专属健康定制服务、海外就医；北京三甲医院就医绿色通道，个人、集团员工健康管理计划；保险控费等服务。
