Providing real time access to your accounts, quick balances and transfers, CWCU’s mobile banking app allows you to bank with convenience anytime, anywhere.

With the CWCU mobile banking app you can:

• Log onto the app faster by creating a 6 digit PIN

• Check your main account balance with one simple swipe (no PIN required)
• Pay to new and existing Australian account numbers
• Activate your new card
• Change your card PIN
• Lock and cancel missing debit cards
• Pay bills via BPAY
• Create new and recurring payments

Things you should know:

• To use the CWCU mobile banking app you’ll need to be a member of CWCU and registered for the Online Banking service. If you’re not registered call us on 02 6862 2788.

A few things to remember about security:
• Don’t keep your PIN with your mobile device.
• Make sure you logout when you’re finished with mobile banking.
• Get in touch with CWCU immediately, if you’ve lost your mobile device or feel that someone may know your login details.
