Description

SaludInforma es una aplicación del Departamento de Sanidad del Gobierno de Aragón que facilita el acceso, a través de su teléfono móvil o tableta, a la gestión de citas médicas, consulta de hoja de tratamiento y consulta de información de carácter sanitario.

Podrá almacenar los datos de tantas tarjetas sanitarias como desee, facilitando su gestión, así como añadir a su agenda y compartir los datos de sus citas. Podrá recibir también notificaciones de tratamiento crónico próximo a caducar y citas de atención especializada cercanas, entre otras.

Está disponible para todos los ciudadanos que posean la tarjeta sanitaria de Aragón, accediendo a través de su número CIA (Código de Identificación Autonómico), que es el identificador que comienza por las letras “AR” que aparece impreso en la tarjeta sanitaria. En función de la información a la que acceda será necesario el uso de un PIN, que puede solicitar presencialmente en su centro de salud.
