新北校園通APP提供新北市教師、學生、家長及市民一個嶄新的服務，提供簡單方便取得學校資訊的管道，貼近親師生需求，其功能如下：
市民：瀏覽教育放送臺、註冊訂閱頻道或議題及學校查詢等功能。
家長：教育放送臺、學校查詢、午餐查詢、學生出缺席、獎懲、課表、借閱紀錄、成績查詢、學生請假功能、親師生平台、新北學BAR等功能。
教師：場地預約、設備維修、教師請假、教師研習、教育放送臺、學校查詢、午餐查詢、學生出缺席、獎懲、課表、借閱紀錄查詢、學生請假功能、親師生平台、新北學BAR等功能。

● 學生帳號與教職員帳號建立規範，參照新北市政府教育局帳號管理規範。
