今天你上什么班？明天你上什么班？11月26日你上什么班？这是所有倒班人群都会遇到的问题，然而为了回答这些问题，倒班人群通常都会将自己的倒班情况记录在日历上。但是传统日历记录不但麻烦，而且不方便查阅与分享，无法与闹钟，代办事项等倒班人群同样关心并需要的功能结合。特定班次下特定条件的闹钟是几乎所有倒班人群的刚需，也是倒班助手APP软件的核心功能。
倒班助手APP基于倒班规则、倒班闹钟的核心功能，为倒班人群提供天气查询、待办事项、倒班分享、班组切换等倒班人群爱不释手、需求量极大的功能，一经推出，便获得了用户的极大关注与认可。
倒班助手APPV1.0版本在2013年1月由京唐公司职工贾兴宏开发，历时两年经历了1.0及2.0的进化，在首钢集团内部积累了一批忠实用户，2014年12月，首自信公司成立倒班助手APP项目组，全面负责倒班助手APP的策划、研发、测试及运营工作。在2015年9月1日，倒班助手全新3.0版本推向市场，获得用户一致好评。
