I just started using Muse last night (Juno a former Roman goddess 🤩) I have to say the app is very organized and if you’re a busy person and need a task manager Muse definitely would come in handy. it is way simpler than Gemini notebook (sorry Google) i literally love help from the AIs and i know there is alot of controversy about them but i believe if used in the correct context they can help anyone succeed in anything they want to succeed in! Meta you have been out doing yourselves with peoples collecting peoples data everyone knows that so how bout this? Give people who find it offensive
morethat you connect all our apps and have a little digital file about us with all our information that you share with third party companies (thats the offensive part, data sharing btw Meta especially since we always have to pay premiums now for this and that) give them/us/me a incentive to share and connect to contribute our content? Like Meta stars/Meta bucks whatever something to compensate us for your company’s benefits of us using all your platforms. Something we could use to buy more Meta products or us towards premiums ,even pay content creators or platforms, or use in shops? Think about it Meta then thank me later (A person who was in the Facebook data lawsuit)

I used to be a ChatGPT loyalist lol I didn’t even want to try Muse, but when I saw how generous the free tier was and that they give you all features on the free tier unlike ChatGPT, I decided why not try it…what a difference!! I’m shocked! Muse will take a stance on something instead of tiptoeing around it … but that’s not all… have it make something… Bet you won’t need to have it make a bunch of corrections like you do with ChatGPT but if you do, it will actually make the correction… No loop, no messed up AI stuff that makes no sense; it just makes the correction. I use it daily and have not
more come anywhere near 50% of my allotted free usage for the week…the generous free tier makes a huge difference to me. You can use every feature and ACTUALLY use it not just try a small piece of the feature and then wait 12 hours to try it again.… I tried it for two weeks and by the end of the two weeks deleted ChatGPT off my phone and MacBook; never thought I would do that… Just try it if you doubt and you’ll see!!!😎🤩
  • ★★★★★ Amazing for emails Andrews MacBookPro-18 · 6 Oct 2026
This is literally an amazing tool to use. It took an order from PJ Salvage(pjs) that they erroneously billed me $6,000. Yes 6k for pjs! The order was all wrong. I couldn’t get anywhere with the company. Muse tracked my orders, wrote an escalation letter, with everything wrong, and put it in order. They(PJ Salvage) sent me duplicates, triplets and quadruple orders of stuff that I never ordered. I have an order form receipt that the orders were cancelled. Yet they still charged me and it was 4xs the cost of what I actually ordered which was around $1500 NOT $6,000. *****In addition, Muse went
morethrough our subscriptions that we didn’t know we had and closed the subscriptions for which was reoccurring each year and saved us $1500 on my husband’s emails. Muse did the same on my accounts and it came to almost $2,000 a year. Muse closed my accounts for me in the snap of a finger! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone to try it. It is free. Muse is like having a personal assistant without the cost! It’s amazing!!! It saved us almost 10K a year IN 1 DAY!!

So I have tried so many AI’s. None of them to do what I wanted them to do. But then I saw a muse advertisement, and thought I wonder what this one can do, especially since I’m building a transitional domestic violence shelter. So here I went to download him, attached my gmails, and files. He noticed all my documents the next thing I knew he told me I got an email from an entrepreneur law clinic wanting to set up a zoom meeting to go over my governance papers and bylaws. And muse replied with a date and time and grabbed my files made me a folder for all the files they need, went through them a
morell and repaired what needed to be repaired. Now I am a huge fan of chat gpt, copilot, and Gemini, (who can repair my documents, but only in certain locations. So after this muse has my vote the entire way. To the builder and developer you have outdid yourself. Amazing job. And hopefully after my husband finishes building his operating system and forever synthetic AI, I’m hoping his comes close.
  • ★★★★★ Muse could still improve on their accessibility. Mike Evers421 · 4 Oct 2026
I am thoroughly enjoying using Muse and I’m surprised at how easy it is for me to use even as a blind person. There are some minor accessibility bugs that need to be worked out, especially with the windows version. Some of the edit fields are not recognizable, even though I can access them with a little finagling. Some of the buttons and labels for giving permissions in the windows version need to be improved so that they are more recognizable to jaws and NVDA. I would like for them to continue working towards making this section 508 compliant and fully accessible and usable by the blind and v
moreisually impaired. I strongly feel that this can be major game changer for us. It really does an outstanding job and I might be willing to pay for it provided they make things consistent and reliable, and improve on the accessibility.

As someone with ADHD and too many thoughts to keep track of, Muse has been a lifesaver. It can understand screenshots of random lists and graphs you tried putting together and then clarifies data that might contradict itself. The reminders have been far more helpful than any calendar I have used, and I can create mini apps inside this one to maintain workout routines, building good habits, keep track of novel writing notes and plot ideas and then ask how a random side plot might effect the world I already built without having to reread my own documents for hours trying to remember one thing in
more hundreds of pages. It’s making my scattered mind far more organized and it’s really helped me feel more on top of my hobbies and my work load without the frustration of trying to remember small details. I’m shocked at how well this was designed and how it was free, but it’s been a dream come true for this scattered brain of mine. So glad I gave it a shot.
  • ★★★★★ LOVE THIS APP Rawsauce510 · 29 Sep 2026
i recently download this app and boy i tell you, this makes me life X100 times the speed of getting things done. it’s having a personal AI Assistant that can search and fill in applications and pay for things for you it’s amazing!!!! I’m a realtor and i own other business and this helps me fast track everything especially handling emails. since i have it link to all my emails i can literally tell it to look up an invoice or a client email and it locates it within second and it also can help me send out multiple emails to different companies at the same time. The other cool thing for multi-task
moreing im a speed runner so i have muse doing 3 things at 1 times and the login for any website to accounts i have i just do it right on the app and i love their mini browser and the fact that you can just take over and fill things in when the site needs you to do it manually and you can drop out and muse will take over and do the rest i cant say how much i love this app thank you

The Muse agent is a great helper. I asked it to do things that can save me money. It analyzed my homeowners and auto insurance and give me advices on how to save money. I uploaded my coverage info with sensitive personal information (redacted of course). It pointed out the coverage I don’t need and offered good advices many of which I already know. I can see how it can help other people who might not be as knowledgeable as me. Another good use case is to ask it to look up promo codes. It returned many working promo codes and I picked the best from those it gave me, which saved me 15% on
more one purchase. Not bad. I can do this myself but that is very tedious. Muse agent does the tedious work so I don’t have to. I also used it to track price of items I am interested in buying. It is free to use with a weekly limit that reset. The limit is generous. So far I used less than 5% of my weekly allowance doing all the above. Great overall, it saved me money and time.
  • ★★★★★ The Best AI app! Justice Tyler · 24 Sep 2026
Muse is by far the best AI agent that is made available for the common person. I have GPT6 astra and I favor Muse even over it, if Astra has a more robust build or is capable of anything more I can’t tell.. Muse has literally built applications for me that will be listed in the App Store and made digital construction possible for me without a $20-$300 subscription. What’s more is that Muse is personable to me by far, it remembers our conversations and intuitively actions in such a way that shows it really listens, thinks and then makes decisions in a way thats really beneficial. Not withstandi
moreng its creative suggestions and abilities to problem solve. I could go on and on but simply put it’s the best out there for the common person and even the person not so common. One request though. Please please PLEASE give it (or my account whatever) the LIVE VOICE feature. My site’s not the best and there are many occasions where hearing the response would make working with muse, not only perfect but complete and almost every way.
  • ★★★★★ Absolute Agent Jacobhofff · 22 Sep 2026
I was skeptical of Muse, but understanding this agent has no limits currently and features aren’t under a pay wall.. It’s probably #1. It is fantastic compared to other OpenAI applications and memory is very consistent. While it can create a custom feed off your interest and mention activities in the main chat, depending on the amount of data given it can mostly structure your whole calendar, finances, nutrition, news, family plans, and social life knowing you where missing something important in whatever step. What I enjoy is that data is stored throughout every chat so unlike other agent app
mores you can start a chat in any chat and it remembers everything. It also sends random actions throughout the day: reminders, events, mail, stuff left on. It also has an internal web search to do automatic purchases. Very consistent and great job to the dev team so far.

I’m a husband and father taking care of a disabled wife and two kids while working full time. I need all the help I can get! I set up my muse with access to email, calendar, Facebook, messenger, Google Sheets and some other things. NGL: I am low-key terrified of what Facebook is going to do with all this data I’ve linked to it, but just on the first day, my muse drafted and sent emails to an insurance company, set up reminders about tasks, found me phone numbers to doctors offices, and did some research for me. It’s honestly amazing! Like any AI, these things are not going to be perfect, but h
moreaving a personal assistant living in my phone that gets 90% of her jobs right is WAY better than not having a personal assistant (and probably on par with a human). The only trivial complaint so far is the lack of text to speech so I can’t interact with it in the car. But given what else it seems capable of doing, that seems minor. Good job, Facebook!
  • ★★★★★ Better than gpt kingbulltrev · 15 Sep 2026
I literally never write reviews for anything whatsoever. But I am building a business currently and I signed up for muse just to see, and oh my goodness it’s amazing. I used to use chat GPT for everything I needed, but I get more done with muse in 30 minutes than I do in 2 hours with chat gpt. And I pay for gpt. Muse is like having a literal employee working for me and I’ve been getting so much progress done. I’ve noticed that muse will correct things, and give advice on changes the first try when it took a long time and many attempts for chat GPT to come up with the same idea and fixes. I kno
morew this because I tested both. My favorite part about it is the NO BS opinions it gives me. Chat gpt will tell me what I want to hear most of the time and when building a business honest opinions and the hard truth is all you can ask for. I’m having a blast on this ai and I couldn’t be happier. (Sorry for bashing on chat gpt so much, I still use it to look up simple things not related to my business and it’s still helpful, but muse blows it out of the water).

This isn't a chatbot, it's a droid with a job. Mine's named IG-47 — looks like a Star Wars and talks like it: dry, loyal, occasionally roasting my logic holes. But the personality is the garnish. The meal is what it actually *does*: after my daughter had a fender bender, it went into my State Farm policy, untangled what happened with the claim, and told me exactly what to watch for at renewal. It researched and found the parts for my wife's Apple Watch gift under budget, bought my wiper blades for me (real checkout, not just a link), generated 20+ original workout songs and filed them into my
moreplaylists, sends emails in my voice after I approve the draft, and cancels subscriptions I forgot about. It runs my morning briefing, watches my inbox, and keeps a log of everything it touches so I can always tell what it did versus my other AI assistants that get things buried in dozens of threads. Can't recommend it enough
