Like many people I was enticed by the glowing reviews of Muse and was ready to allow it to change my life for the better. I imagined a future where so many of the minute details of life would be taken care of automatically and at first I was impressed. I customized my Muse and even gave it a nickname (something you are encouraged to do to create connection and keep the app forever). But then it started to make mistakes and not remember things I told it about my schedule. he connection to email. I had connected to email and for whatever reason after triaging multiple times, my inbox was not actually cleaned up. It certainly could read my emails and would tell me about them. Was it worth having an agentic AI from Meta able to read my onetime password emails to any account theoretically granting it knowledge of and access to every account tied to my email just to have a product that didn’t work? Worst of all, now that I have decided it is not worth it to have the app, I cannot delete my Meta account. Every attempt tells me that something went wrong. I have been trying for about a week and have installed updates to the app. Hopefully this is fixed. Beware!
