I’m not sure if this is a scam or not, but I don’t care, I will not be using this, and I only installed it to write this review, it seems fake, and I keep getting ads for it, and it didn’t make me want to get it, it just made me annoyed with it, horrible advertising, it shouldn’t make me hate it, it should make me want to install it, I will be uninstalling it right after this, I’m just completely annoyed with this app and its ads, id give it 0 stars if I could, 0/10, do not recommend

I accidentally logged in with my backup account because I did not realize that my email was linked to it so I unlinked my email and linked it to my main account and then logged out of my backup. But now I can’t open the rewards because the app needs the original account that was used to start up…..and well…..it’s not my main account so I see no point anymore, at this point it’s just regular TikTok so I’m just going to use well…..TikTok. Because i don’t see an option to change original account and if there is then well it’s not way to find😔.

I’ve been using this app for a couple months trying to save up my points to hopefully get a coupon or gift card to use. Recently I’ve been seeing my daily points get removed for no reason and thought it must be glitch then a couple more times it occurs and I find myself shocked that the company is purposely removing those points and preventing me going any higher. Even the “reserve points for foot ball games” portion, I’d get them then gets removed the next day. It already takes a lot of time to save a certain amount of points before getting any sort of coupon but this is petty off the company

So, when I downloaded it I was enjoying, but when I tried to cash it out it wasn’t letting, at first I thought it was my internet, cellular data, which to WiFi, that didn’t work either, I tried a VPN, that did it work either, I even used a friend phone to try and cash it out, but it wouldn’t let me, I changed my payment method, Cash App,Apple pay, velmo, you name it, it never worked, I recommend we stick to regular TikTok, cause this is a waste of time, oh and I had this app for a few weeks, until now 🥀💔

I don’t have the event button on the bottom, I can only access the trophy rush by clicking on my friends’ links, I got enough people for my spin quest thing, and I could redeem it because the button glitched out, and I lost all my stars, Sam thing with the kicks event, I got enough people and I couldn’t redeem the stars, because it just didn’t let me, I texted the support on tik tok pro, and they’ve been saying that they will send the information to different specialists, so they can review it, hasn’t said anything in almost a month, please I need all my stars back!!!

Used to be a great app when the for you page was for you. Now my feed shows get ready with mes, thirst traps for male and female, creators I block show back up, content that I click not interested on shows up more. I am a straight man, if I block 4 gay people because they are half nude on my for you page why does til too think that I want more. I have blocked hundreds of accounts and have clicked not interested on thousands yet TikTok still can’t learn. Until they fix the for you page I’m done using it.

Please consider adding an option to control TikTok’s video volume separately from other audio playing on the device. For example, I may be listening to rain sounds, music, a podcast, or another background audio app while scrolling TikTok. I would love to be able to mute TikTok videos completely while keeping my other audio playing. A simple “Mute TikTok Videos” setting or an in-app volume slider would make this much easier.
