  - 1★ 2026-10-05, Becca Julia: At times the prices may be a couple bucks cheaper than Uber but the reliability is consistently well below Uber. They offer products (wait & save) that they never deliver on. I think that's very shady.
  - 2★ 2026-10-05, Carlos Barrios: Works well most of the time, but if the driver goes the wrong way, even though Lyft's map gives the correct directions, passengers are CHARGED EXTRA for the driver's mistake!! FIX IT LYFT!! In fact, passengers should get a discount when the driver takes the wrong route.
