## Description

A thought on the way home. A list for the weekend. An idea worth keeping.
Notes gives your notes and checklists a place in everyday life.

WRITE IT DOWN
Create notes with a title and text. Use tags to group related notes and search when you want to find something again.

CHECK IT OFF, STEP BY STEP
Make checklists for small errands and bigger plans. Completed items move into their own section so you can see what is left.

CHOOSE WHAT IS PRIVATE
Lock selected notes with a four-digit PIN. Private notes are excluded from search and never appear in the home screen widget.

KEEP YOUR NOTES CLOSE
Add the Notes widget to your home screen to see your notes and create a new note or checklist.

MAKE NOTES YOUR OWN
Choose Indigo or Teal, light or dark mode, cards or list view. Turn on autosave to save as you type.

TAKE YOUR NOTES WITH YOU
Export to JSON or Markdown. JSON exports can be imported back into Notes.
