Can't scan and save more than 20 pages.Loads endlessly and takes a lot of time, stops working and exists itself. I scanned 50 pages and it had trouble saving the file.So I reduced the number to 30,but still it keeps loading endlessly and the app exits itself. Again, upon clicking the icon of the app, it shows the same loading screen and has a problem with being saved. Useless after page limit exceeds 20. The free version is useless.

Despite having an Adobe account, we are not able to do it, why do you face such a problem in your app? Logging in should be simple And it should ask for user ID and password and nothing else.

Great app. Easy to use. This is true for the free Adobe scan app. However the Adobe scan AI premium is a mediocre product at best. They advertise for a 7-Day free trial. I found out the hard way that is not true. Once you start to sign up for the product and you change it to pay by monthly, magically the 7-Day free trial vanishes without any warning. I downloaded the app tried it for 20 minutes - unimpressed. Cancelled the product within 20 minutes. No refunds. Totally wrong!

Of course a basic product can't just exist. There has to be a subscription attached to it. Not a good move when there are 10 million other options to scan and combine documents. But what else is to be expected from Adobe? Inferior products at higher prices. At the end of the day, this is a good thing. I'm now motivated to look at smaller and/or better companies. And thus we are that much closer to rendering Adobe irrelevant.

I do not recommend this app, especially for anyone with a business. When you pay the ten dollars, you don't get what you pay for. I paid the $10 a month and the converted PDF file would not open very easily on word or excel. Even though the setting was set for that plus the words were all mixed up and the lines were all mixed up. Plus I also found out if you get a samsung galaxy s24 phone it will do a better job for free, check it out.

The usual junk. Wants to save everything to their servers for data collection. "Premium" version can't be outright purchased, they want $10/month 'subscription'. It seems to be a capable program, but the corporate data mining and greed make it a zero. Create a purchasable, local save, non-data-collecting version, and maybe it'll be worth something.

Cannot use this app without being forced to purchase a subscription. Needed to scan a few documents from my phone to my computer. This app allowed for the scan but in order to send it to my computer, they force you to purchase a monthly subscription to do so. Not worth it. It's a major hassle to log in or sign up as you are forced to open a browser and log into your email to retrieve verification codes before being allowed to proceed. Expensive and time consuming.

Scanning documents works great! But, trying to retrieve saved documents is nearly impossible. Even searching for them when they've been saved to my device is ridiculous and nearly impossible!!! Adobe Scan has been around for years, and they still haven't made it easy to retrieve and read or send documents saved to a device. Should be able to just search, find, and do what you want with it.

These monthly subscription fees are apt to drive most people to bankruptcy... I get it, you've developed a brilliant piece of mobile software and you want to be fairly compensated for it's use. However, keep in mind that the average consumer will have 20-40 other pieces of software or streaming services all clamoring for monthly subscription fees at similar price points. We can't afford it. If it were a one-time $10-25, maybe. But $9.99/monthly?? Not going to happen.

I downloaded this app, scanned a document and emailed it. The recipient got the email but no document. I decided to just text it to him but I can't find it. I've looked everywhere and the document doesn't exist on my phone. I opened three app and it's there offering the same options as before so no way to text it. I told it to save to device then again I have looked everywhere and can't find it. This just isn't going to work for me. I'll be uninstalling here in a few. Very disappointed.

The auto crop feature does not appear to be something you can turn off, and it constantly tries to crop off half of the document I am scanning. I shouldn't have to fight the app to get exactly what I want. Additionally, there currently is no local storage option. The app isn't so bad it's unusable, but other apps are outright better so there isn't a point to ever using this one in any use case.
